This title was a late Charlton attempt to cash in on some of the thousands of stories that could be reprinted. Most material was from the 1970s series Midnight Tales, starring Prof. Coffin the Midnight Philosopher and his beautiful niece Arachne. I never bought the series because of the reprints, and neither did a lot of other collectors, judging from the appearance of the title on a lot of Charlton collectors' want lists.
